Use a dry docked surplus sub, , attach a relief valve on the deck, cut a hole in the bottom of the sub, gut the sub as much as need be, set the sub over the leaking pipe and collect as much oil as possible. Will serve like a “bell” over the leaking pipe. Quick fix until a perm one can be made.
